We work closely with our Business Partners to define the specifics of open positions. The successful search begins by gathering as much information as possible about a Partner’s company; including culture, leadership, customers, and competitors, as well as corporate objectives, mission and future goals. We know that many times open positions are confidential and we apply the highest levels of confidentiality in order to ensure that the Partner does not become vulnerable in this competitive business environment.
ACCENT' Careers provides value added to all of our Business Partners by forming unique relationships with several businesses in order to ensure a successful Associate match. Some of the staffing services we offer include: full background checks, credit checks, drug and substance screening, handwriting analysis and validated evaluations that help identify skills and personality traits that are important to each position.
