• MUST be Intermediate to advanced in Quickbooks.
• Able to run a/r , a/p, journal entries to chart of accounts, able to use the purchase order process, sales order,  and generate invoices for billable time.
• MUST be intermediate in Office Suite - Word, Excel and some Powerpoint. Organized office meetings, work on special projects, order office supplies, provide general admin support.

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree in either Accounting or Finance.
• Preferably someone with experience in working in transportation, shipping or construction industry.
• Must have utilized Great Plains accounting software in previous position.

• One to three years experience performing payer, Managed care and commercial insurance/self-pay collections, and follow-up functions within a tertiary care hospital facility required. Experience working with predictive/automated dialer and collection systems required.
• Excellent working knowledge in self-pay collections including bad debt processing, collection agency referrals, charity assessment, financial counseling, credit reporting and interpretation, and bank loan programs required.

MARKETING COORDINATOR

SALARY: $40,000.00, DOE

DESCRIPTION: Marketing Coordinator needed for well established company in the Camelback Corridor.

• The position requires a degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or related field, 3-to-10+ years experience for a professional service firm (A/E/C industry preferred).
• Excellent writing, editing and strategic thinking are fundamental skills necessary for the position. Technical requirements include a strong background using graphic/page design (ie, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) and information management (ie, Deltek Vision) programs.
• This position is responsible for the management, organization, and production of proposals and marketing materials, including presentation materials, resumes, and brochures; coordination of events, local public relations, and brand building for the office.

• Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Must have a 4 year degree.
• Must have a background in HVAC sales and service sales.
• Will consider out of state candidates, relocation costs will be covered by hiring company.

• Bachelors degree required and  2.5 - 5+ years related or equivalent work experience.
• Develop credit information for use by Private Bankers in making lending decisions on new, renewal and extension loans.  Reviews all pertinent credit and financial information, including reporting services and bank files.
• This position will assist Private Bankers in the development and analysis of all types of credit information to support lending decisions for the Bank/Banks.
